Small but mighty, Form brings Art, Business, and Technology together in new ways to break down complex ideas, and deliver dynamic and creative solutions to enable our clients to achieve and exceed their strategic goals.
We work with organizations and initiatives, large and small, and across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Form was created in 2021, and is the latest business creation by Lisa Taylor – an established designer, innovator, and executive advisor with over 25 years of experience.
The goal was to create a small firm that could bring her unique experience and skill sets together and provide tailored services to clients with a human centred, design-thinking, and systems-based approach.
It has been almost 3 years since its creation and Form is gaining momentum, having already worked with clients in a number of capacities including strategic foresight, business development, branding, copywriting, training and curriculum development, website creation and more.
About the Founder
Lisa Taylor is a creative designer, artist, communicator, strategist, innovator, and foresight professional, with a diverse career that has evolved through more than two decades of experience working with organizations and executives in both the public and private sectors.
She has always had a keen interest in problem solving and has a unique ability to quickly absorb information, see linkages and patterns, and determine possible pathways and solutions. This ability to form unique perspectives to address complex challenges has been one of the key contributors to her success.
Her unique perspective has been enhanced by her diverse educational background, having studied marketing and communications, fine art, and ultimately achieving a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation.
Compassionate and driven, Lisa believes in using evidence-based approaches, understanding multiple view-points, taking a systems view, and considering the impact of any work on people and the planet, while working to achieve each client's strategic goals.
Toronto based for most of her life, Lisa been fortunate to travel across Canada and around the globe, both for work and leisure. These experiences led her to continually broaden her mindset and deepen her understanding of human behavior, the dynamics of business and government, and the needs of a healthy and equitable society.
